Why the bilge is a critical point
The bilge is the lowest point of the boat and collects leaks, condensation and water residue. When the level rises too much, damage can become rapid: wet batteries, pumps under stress, electrical systems at risk and, in the worst cases, serious flooding.
Manual checks alone are not enough when the boat stays in the marina or is not visited every day. That is why the dashboard continuously shows level, pump, pump health, battery and available connection.

Notifications and alerts
To receive timely alerts, open the monitor, enable browser notifications and, when requested, authorize audio. The most important alarms should still be handled by the device or the server, not only by the browser.
If the pump starts often, the level exceeds the thresholds or the device stops sending data, the dashboard switches to attention or alarm status.
Beyond water level, the system helps distinguish between a possible leak, a blocked pump, a clogged pump or a simple loss of connection.
How to read the dashboard
The connection color stays green as long as data arrives regularly; it turns red only when the device is truly offline.
This way you do not only read “how much water there is”, but also whether the pump is working properly or whether the bilge behavior suggests abnormal water ingress.
